Carbon Steel: Our bakeware is made up of Carbon Steel. It is fully recyclable and has a high rate of reconstitution which means when it is recycled it is often given a second life in a new product. Carbon steel heats up faster than most other materials used in bakeware reducing this bakeware’s required energy consumption.
